Tanaya Francois is a prophetic servant leader helping churches, ministries, and admins with Ministry, Marketing & Mindset. With 17+ years of ministry expertise supporting her own home church, she acknowledges service to senior leadership as the transformative mind-shift that she needed to find her purpose.

 

Though mentorship, character development, and deep inner renewal work, she found her gifting for Administration and her love for Communications, which she uses as functions to compliment her prophetic office, mantle, anointing, and giftings.

 

In her efforts to enhance and build Kingdom initiatives, she she supports executive pastors and leaders to scale with marketing strategy, systems management, and helps admins develop strategic partnerships through accountability and transformation.

 

Holding degrees in Digital Marketing & Program Management, and as a Certified Transformation Life Coach, she uses her acumen as an Executive Administrator and Online Business Manager and specializes in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, and Social Proofing for churches, ministries, non-profits, for-profits, organizations, & businesses. She emphasizes expertise in building Digital Systems, Digital Design, Backend Structures, & Automations.
